COVERAGE 
Joint Stabilizing:
75-100 square feet depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Normal Seal:
150 - 200 square feet depending on the porosity of the substrate.
 
APPLICATION
PREP the surface, apply a wet-on-wet application.
Heavy first coat, then follow up with a medium second coat.
Back roll -or- sweep sealer to spread to remove any puddling.
