Joint Stabilizing:
75-100 square feet depending on the porosity of the substrate.
Normal Seal:
150 - 200 square feet depending on the porosity of the substrate.
 
APPLICATION
Prep the surface.
Light Enhancement:
Single heavy coat, back roll and let dry
Full Enhancement:
Single heavy coat, let absorb, then apply a medium coat, back roll upon second coat.
